Got a remote learner or worker on your shopping list this holiday season? Check out these products that have made remote learning better for us. #FestiveChristmas DomesticDeadline.com

I think we can all agree remote learning in the spring was chaos. This fall, all of my children went back to school remotely, in a much more structured environment. I feel very fortunate that we were able to make some accommodations that made this easier on the whole family. The next step for our schools is a hybrid plan, which means there will still be a good portion of remote learning. If you have a child who is navigating this new remote learning world, I’ve put together a gift guide for products that have made a huge difference for us.

Remote Learning

If you asked me a year ago if I ever thought we would be at this place, I never would have believed it. We have college, votech, high school, and middle school all happening in our house. Along with IronFish and I both working full time from home.

I will say, I am very thankful my kids are old enough to be working independently. None of them need me sitting by them and teaching them. I’m also incredibly grateful to be in a position to be able to invest products that have made learning and working from home full time smoother.

Eventually, the kids will go back into the classroom. But the products and tools we are using now will only benefit them in their homework and as they further their education.

Many of the things on these lists are also new additions to my home office and my husband’s so we know we will continue to use them. If you know someone who is working or learning from home, check out some of these ideas!

  1. I second the lap table! While I do enjoy working at my table, I also love working from my recliner or in the car during my break, and the lap table is a big help.
